THE GOODNice looking homepage; plenty of betting options; low juice on Fridays
THE BADPayment problems that run the gamut from delays, to ignored request, to canceled withdrawals to managers offering cash bonuses so that you don’t withdraw; lack of phone service for customer support is not appreciated
Any type of payment problems is a red flag. Deposit your money somewhere else.
Sportsbook.ag might be one of the biggest names in the industry, but they’re also one of the biggest that you want to avoid. No matter how snazzy the site looks, how good their bonuses sound or the fact that they are one of the few still taking U.S. players, the bottom line is that you’ll have plenty of headaches here when you try to withdraw your funds. Bettors have conversed about canceled bets, delayed payments, canceled withdrawals and all sorts of other issues that will make your experience a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and deposit your money somewhere safer.
How To Contact Sportsbook
What’s Their Reputation?
Sportsbook.com has a brutal reputation in the industry. They have had consistent payout problems, starting early in the 2000’s, and then it looked like they were getting on the right track as we moved halfway through the first decade.
But the last three years have presented non-stop complaints from customers – or previous customers – of Sportsbook.com and it’s really disappointing.
Among the most recognizable sportsbooks, this is probably the one with the worst reputation.
Who Bets At Sportsbook.com?
It’s definitely a casual shop, but the low juice Fridays and the low juice on NFL gamedays is appreciated by the sharps. Overall, though, the smarter bettors know to stay away so this is really just a home for those who don’t do their research or just bet too little to really bother.

How Is Their Customer Service?
Our No. 1 pet peeve with customer service is getting the run around. If there’s a problem with a payment processor, just tell us and let us know what is being done. If there’s a technical flaw with the website, be up front and give us an estimate of when it will be fixed.
But the last thing we want is lies and misleading information. Apparently Sportsbook.com is great for that.
You won’t have issues getting your money in; that’s a smooth process. It’s just getting it out where the headaches come in. Players have complained of unexpected canceled withdrawals, canceled bets, being called up and made bonus offers if they keep their cash in rather than withdrawing…it’s a very used car salesmen-feel to it and we have no interest to be a part of it.
Why mess around when there are so many other places that will treat you right?
How Easy Is It To Place A Bet On Their Website?
Placing a bet at Sportsbook.com is rather easy as it is in most sportsbooks. Their styling is a bit different as you’ll see a slew of cramped lines in the middle of the page when you log in and you just find what you’re looking for, and then click away.
The betting ticket comes up on the right-hand side and that’s where you enter the amount and confirm.

Reviewing The Rest Of The Sportsbook.com Website
There’s not much to the Sportsbook.com website, which is a little different than how things used to be.
They used to have some decent content such as “ask the lines maker” type of an article and some other interesting tools but they aren’t there now. These days, it’s just a plain betting site that gets you straight to betting.
There’s really not much more to the story than that at this shop.
Sportsbook.com has an excellent betting variety and is one of the few highlights at this shop. They are loaded with props on the major North American sports and it really adds to the experience that you have more to choose from other than some basic spreads.
They do offer live betting but it’s definitely not as wide a variety as you would get at Bet 365 or Bodog. Also, we found their system a little more clunky as well.
If you’re one for entertainment props, this is definitely a place to get your fill. You’ll regularly find lines here on X-Factor, American Idol, Miss World and many other random entertainment events.

What Type Of VIP Program/Loyalty Program Is Offered?
What Type Of Bonus & Rebate Program Is Offered?
You’ll get a 10% bonus at Sportsbook.com when you deposit, which isn’t bad but is considered just a notch below industry standard. They do come through on reload bonuses and also of re-up incentives tied to different events, which is nice to have the love to keep on coming back.
But if they don’t pay you out then what’s the bonus really worth?
